We also provide other forms of healthcare maintenance such as diabetes management, catheter and tube care, ostomy care, and post-surgical monitoring. Our staff members are there to provide you with compassionate skilled care twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Geriatric assisted living unit

Our Assisted Living program is a step beyond standard assisted living. This program offers the independence of assisted living with the added benefit of nurses and care givers on duty twenty-four hours. This way, residents can maintain the dignity of independence without the worry that often accompanies it. Of course, this extra level of protection also gives peace-of-mind to family who want to know that their loved one is always being cared for, just like when at home with loved homes.

Dementia (memory) care unit

Our basic approach to Alzheimer’s care and dementia care are dedicated to personalization, promoting independence, and functioning with dignity. Every resident in the program receives a personalized plan of care with an ongoing assessment of changing needs. We have individually tailored activities scheduled for seven days a week. Food and nutrition plans are created for each resident’s needs and capabilities by our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Stroke rehabilitation unit

The care of patients within the unit revolves around stable and requiring less intensive care stroke individuals who have been discharged from hospital but left with some disability that require special assistance.

The nursing and therapy staff continue with the treatment plan and ongoing assessment of the patient to help maximize recovery.

Home health service.

We work with clients and their families who require care in their own homes. We offer a unique service of personalized nursing care from check-in visits to full live-in support. We provide home care workers and nurses who have experience in supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs including tracheostomy, stoma care, PICC Line, PEG feeding and ventilator support amongst others.
